Once the order is billed and shipped it cannot be cancelled.
All the jewellery are Hand-crafted and are unique in design. All the jewellery are handcrafted and are studded with semi precious stones they may have slight irregularities or imperfections, These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process. These handcrafted products are all one of a kind, just like you and me.
No returns or exchange are allowed.
We do not accept return/exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order with a complete video of opening the parcel(the complete Unboxing Box is Mandatory)
All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
Manufacturing orders cannot be cancelled as it is mentioned clearly that it will take 45-55 business days to delivery the product and the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.
