Loyalty points

A. General

 

  1. These general terms and conditions ("T&C") govern the Customer Loyalty Program
    by Sri Vasavi’s The Amethyst Store.
  2. Sri Vasavi’s The Amethyst store, The Amethyst store, AMS refers to the brand  Daeiou Jewels Private Limited operates Sri Vasavi’s Amethyst store.
  3. The Rewards Program aims to provide rewards and benefits to all the customers of
    The Amethyst Store is located worldwide as a reward for showcasing their loyalty to The Amethyst Store.
  4. The Rewards Program covers all online and offline stores of The Amethyst Store.
    However, The Amethyst Store reserves the right to remove any offline store of The
    Amethyst Store from the Rewards Program or alter the terms and conditions of this Rewards Program concerning any offline store of The Amethyst Store.
  5. The Amethyst Store at its sole discretion, without any prior intimation, may
    alter/modify the T&C and/or the structure of the Rewards Program including discontinuation of the Rewards Program itself.

B. Membership

 

  1. Customers who make purchases (either from The Amethyst Store's online or offline stores) are entitled to membership in the Rewards Program.
  2. Membership under the Rewards Program is valid for a lifetime and is non-transferable.
  3. Any individual who is shopping at any of the online or offline stores by The
    Amethyst Store is eligible for membership under the Rewards Program as per T&C.
  4. All members of the Rewards Program must provide mandatory information, 
    including full name, valid & active mobile number, email, and ID Proof, and
    adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership
    from time to time by The Amethyst Store. The membership under the Rewards Program will be granted solely at the discretion of The Amethyst Store, and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall vest with The Amethyst Store at all times.
  5. The membership obtained under the Rewards Program is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases.
  6. Members not having an online registered account on the Website at the time
    of purchase from the offline stores of The Amethyst Store are required to provide their mobile number at the store of The Amethyst Store. A user profile of such a member will be automatically created. The customer can download Sri Vasavi’s The Amethyst store application to view the membership and the loyalty program. At any point, The Amethyst Store reserves the right to withdraw, alter/modify any or all of the memberships issued.

The Amethyst Store will have limited liability to the Rewards Program member only to the extent of the reward points available in the credit of the member's account. At any point in time, The Amethyst Store shall not be liable to the member of the Rewards Program or his/her family members/friends for any inter se disputes between them. The Amethyst Store will not be liable to customers for not giving any benefit of the Rewards
Program/ Loyalty Points, due to discontinuation/ cessation of the Rewards Program/ Loyalty Points under any legal/ statutory requirement.

C. Earning Loyalty Points

 

  1. All the members under the Rewards Program will earn reward points based on the
    accumulated purchases they make at offline or online stores of The Amethyst Store under their membership number ("Loyalty Points").
  2. Loyalty Points will be earned on the purchase value, excluding taxes, statutory levies, and discounts.
  3. The credit of Loyalty Points against purchases made will be credited within 2-3 days of purchase. However, The Amethyst Store shall not be responsible for any delay in having the loyalty points credited to the member's account. 
  4. For Online orders, the Credit of Loyalty points will be credited only after 3-7 days of the fulfilment/delivery of the order.
  5. Members can check the Loyalty Points earned by them from their online account on the Application or from the counter of all offline stores at the time of purchase from the offline store or enquire with our customer care executives.
  6. The Loyalty Points earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit of points. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit of points, such Loyalty Points will automatically expire and will not be re-credited in any event.
  7. The Loyalty Points earned by the members are non-transferable to any person whomsoever.
  8. The Points earned cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. The Amethyst Store reserves the right to refuse to award Loyalty Points for any breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.

D. Loyalty Point Calculation:


The calculation of loyalty points is based on the total value of purchases made by the
individual. The earning of points is based on the customer's tier. The tier calculation is based on the Value of jewelry purchased in a year.
 

  • Tier 1 - Purple: Purchases totalling ₹0 - ₹2,00,000: Earn 5 points for every ₹100 spent.
  • Tier - 2 Purple Lite: Purchases totaling ₹2,00,001 - ₹5,00,000: earn 7 points for every ₹100 spent.
  • Tier -3 Purple Elite: Purchases above ₹5,00,000 earn 12 points for every ₹100 spent. Points are awarded proportionate to the purchase value as per the assigned category. Points can be redeemed as ₹1 per point for eligible purchases.

Loyalty Points earned under the Rewards Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. Loyalty Points will not be earned in any of the following events:

  • Special Offers
  • Promotions
  • Purchase on which a separate discount is applicable.

E. Redemption of Loyalty Points


Every customer joining the loyalty program will get an additional 1000 points for free once he/she completely updates the customer profile data. Data needs to be filled in, such as:

  • The Loyalty Points credited to the member’s account can be immediately redeemed towards the next purchase of products at The Amethyst Store(online and offline), subject to the T&C. The points would be made available to use after 15 days from the date of the previous purchase.
  • In case of the customers making purchases in foreign currency (other than INR), the conversion value of INR to such foreign currency, to ascertain the value of each Loyalty Point, will be decided at the discretion of The Amethyst Store.
  • Once the transaction is completed, the Loyalty Points in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Loyalty Points spent. If there is any shortfall in payment after redeeming the Loyalty Points, the member shall pay such amounts separately by other payment methods.
  • To redeem the accumulated Loyalty Points on offline store purchases, a member at the time of purchase should provide their registered mobile number at the payment desk of offline stores of The Amethyst Store. Member should also carry a valid Govt. ID proof for validation which may be undertaken by The Amethyst Store at its discretion. Thereafter, the Loyalty Points will be automatically deducted from the user profile of the member while making payment at the offline store of The Amethyst Store.
  • The Loyalty points redeemed in a physical store will be validated by an OTP sent to the registered mobile number. The redemption of points is not possible when there is a failure to produce the OTP. Changing of registered phone number is not possible under any circumstances.
  • Loyalty Points once spent against a purchase can, in no event, be re-credited or reversed.
  • The Amethyst Store shall reserve the right to refuse redemption of Loyalty Points for any branch or non-compliance of the T&C or failure to pay for the purchases.
  • No cash refunds will be given for purchases made by redemption of the Loyalty points in the case of purchase returns/exchanges. In the event of a return/exchange, a customer shall be eligible to earn Loyalty Points on the payment of an additional amount (if any) made on such subsequent purchase.

F. Combining with Offers:

  • Loyalty points can be redeemed with ongoing offers if the specific offer permits combining discount codes with loyalty point redemptions. Please check the eligibility terms of individual offers.

Redemption Limit:

  • The redemption of loyalty points is capped by a maximum limit, which depends on the applicable discount percentage and an upper redemption threshold set by The Amethyst Store.
  • This means the total value of loyalty points you can use on an order cannot exceed the specified limit, even if your total loyalty point balance is higher.

Store Rights:

The Amethyst Store reserves the right to adjust the maximum redemption cap or any other related terms without prior notice.

G. Referral Program

  1. As part of The Amethyst Store's Loyalty Program, we offer two types of referral opportunities: Referrers and Influencers.
  2. Referrers: Customers may register with The Amethyst Store to create a unique referral link. When another individual uses the link to complete a purchase, both the referrer and the referred user earn loyalty points. Loyalty points are awarded as per program policies and are redeemable on future purchases.
  3. Influencers: Customers may apply to become an Influencer with The Amethyst Store. Upon approval, the Influencer can share an influencer referral code. Purchases made via the link entitle the Influencer to a commission and reward the buyer with loyalty points. The commission structure and loyalty point allocation are subject to The Amethyst Store's program guidelines T&C. Reach out to the PR team of The Amethyst Store to register as an influencer.
  4. The Amethyst Store reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the policies of the referral program at any time with prior notice.
  5. In the event of any disputes or conflicts between The Amethyst Store and a Referrer or Influencer, the company reserves the right to terminate their Referrer or Influencer status at its sole discretion.
  6. Participation in The Amethyst Store's referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications.

H. Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Amethyst Store reserves the right to withdraw any one or all of the memberships issued under the Rewards Program.
  2. By agreeing to be part of the loyalty program, The Amethyst Store gets the rights to send marketing materials through digital, physical, and phone call mediums.
  3. The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address, and any other profile information from time to time on the Website/Application or write to us at support@theamethyststore.com or call us at (+91) 6382147595. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address, email, and mobile number. The Amethyst Store relies solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of the member to update any information or any consequences arising thereof. The change can be accepted only with valid proofs required by The Amethyst store.
  4. In the event of a dispute between the member and The Amethyst Store regarding or concerning the Rewards Program, the decision of The Amethyst Store shall be deemed final and binding.
  5. All the terms and conditions are subject to Indian law, and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India.
  6. By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by The Amethyst Store.
  7. These loyalty points are not applicable outside India.
